Participation fees
Early bird, regular member: 300 EUR (350 from 20 May onwards)
Early bird, student: 100 EUR (120 EUR from 20 May onwards)
One-day fee: 100 EUR
Workshops on 6 August: 25 EUR per workshop
The conference participation fees include the conference programme, scheduled coffees and lunches and the City of Tampere reception on 7 August and the dinner on 8 August. Please note that the one-day participation fee does not include the dinner. The fees are VAT 0 % (VAT will not be added).
Payment
The participation fee(s) and possible dinner fee(s) are paid when registering for the event. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. If invoicing (bank transfer) is needed, please contact congress@tuni.fi.
NB! TAU staff member (when TAU is paying the fee): Before filling in the registration form, please make sure that you have at hand the information on your faculty, the person who approves the costs and the cost unit or the project number for the internal transfer procedure of the registration fee. When choosing the participation fee category, please select TAU staff (internal transfer).
Cancellation policy
According to sustainability principles and to avoid food waste, please cancel your registration if you cannot attend the conference or the social events. For cancellations received by 6 July 2025, the paid participation fees will be fully refunded. No refund will be made for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
