We welcome all IMA members to the hybrid Annual General Meeting on October 18, 09.00-12.00 CEST at the conference venue in room Triple Panorama. There will be a registration desk for AGM outside the room opening at XXXX. Please bring your confirmation and arrive in good time.

 

The AGM is for IMA members only and you can also attend online. 

 

Information about the AGM and a separate sign-up will be sent out separately to members only.

 

A Zoom link will be distributed a few days in advance.

After the meeting there is a possiblity to have lunch buffet at the Hilton hotel. You can find the info and sign-up for the AGM lunch in the registration.
