All participants and presenters must register for the conference and pay the registration fee. The registration deadline for accepted presenters is 8.4.2025.

Please register for the conference, social events as well as for excursion by using the online registration.

The registration fees include:  

  • Admission to all sessions 
  • Conference materials: program leaflet and electric abstract book, printed book must be ordered separately 
  • Lunches and coffee/tea during breaks mentioned in the programme  
  • Get-together, Sunday 15 June  
  • Helsinki city reception, Monday 16 June  
  • Conference dinner, Tuesday 17 June 
  Soil Mingle - networking event (evening event Wednesday 18 June)         
There are a number of Soil Mission and Horizon projects underway. At the Soil Mingle networking event, we aim to outline through presentations and discussions what has been achieved and where we are going.  
 
 

Payments
The registration fees include the VAT 0%. Please note that all payments must be made in advance and in euros (€).

Please choose your payment type on the online registration form. The options are
  •    Online bank transfer (Finnish banks)
  •    Online credit card payment  (Visa, EuroCard, MasterCard, AMEX)
  •    Invoice. Invoice will be sent to you separately by the conference office. Please remember to specify the invoicing address on the registration form. Invoicing fee 10 € will be added to all invoices. You can send your request for group invoice to the conference office by email (congress@ulapland.fi).

 

Cancellation terms
Cancellations must be made in writing to Rovaniemi-Lapland Congresses (congress@ulapland.fi). Registration fee will be refunded if cancellation is received.

•    by 15 March 2025 (refund full payment minus 50 €)
•    16 March – 24 May 2025 (refund 50 %)
•    25 May 2025 no refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
