We welcome all IMA members to the hybrid Annual General Meeting on October 18, 09.30-12.30 CEST at the conference venue in room Triple Panorama. There will be a desk outside the meeting room opening before the AGM. Please check your confirmation to make sure that you have registered in advance. We note your attendance from a list, so please arrive in good time not to delay the AGM start.

 

The AGM is for IMA members only and you can also attend online. 

 

Information about the AGM and a separate sign-up will be sent out separately to IMA members only.

 

A Zoom link to attend online will be distributed a few days in advance.

 

AGM is free for members. A coffee break is included.

After the AGM there is a possiblity to have lunch buffet at the Hilton hotel. You can find the sign-up for the AGM lunch in the conference registration.
