Paulina Modlitba - Moderator of the conference 

Paulina Modlitba is one of Sweden's leading thought leaders in technology and innovation. As an angel investor in tech companies, board professional, lecturer, and consultant, she takes on society's major challenges with insatiable passion. Paulina developed an early interest in programming and the Internet. Eventually, she applied to both KTH and MIT where she studied and researched robot-human interaction, machine learning, and technology that assists individuals on the autism spectrum. 
 
For the past 15 years, Paulina has been active in the entire digital ecosystem - from business development and foresight at Bonnier R&D to digital product development and marketing at startups such as Stardoll and Toca Boca. She has been running a consulting business in digital business development and strategy for 10 years. She has had SVT, Sveriges Radio, Bonnier, Nobel Media, Vinnova, KTH, and Tillväxtverket among her clients.
 
Paulina has been a program editor for several major conferences such as Webbdagarna, Women in Tech, and Tidskriftsdagarna and formed the Tekla festival with Robyn and KTH. Since 2021, she has been a board member of UN Women Sweden where she continues to drive these issues.  In 2015, she was hand-picked for the Digitization Commission's expert council where she was an expert in current digitization issues.

Anna Felländer - "AI: The regulatory landscape and unintended pitfalls"

Anna Felländer has a been engaged with responsible AI from a policy, academic, organizational as well as from a start-up perspective since 2016. Her background is as an economist at the Swedish Ministry of Finance and at the Prime Minister’s Office during the financial crisis 2008. Anna was Chief Economist at Swedbank, one of Sweden’s largest retail banks, until she started her multidisciplinary research on responsible AI as an affiliated researcher at the Royal Institute of Technology in 2016. Anna Felländer is the founder and CEO of anch.AI, a thought leading consultancy and a SaaS B2B platform for responsible AI governance.
 

 

Lucy Brazier OBE - "What AI means for the future of the Executive Assistant role"

Lucy Brazier OBE is one of the world’s leading authorities on the administrative profession,  and an IMA partner since many years.. As CEO of Marcham Publishing, specialist publishers of Executive Support Executive Support Magazine – a global training magazine dedicated to the professional development needs administrative professionals Lucy works with the best trainers of Executive Assistants from around the world to deliver the most up-to-date and current training in the market.

Paula Björnstjerna - "Building a more human world of work in the age of AI"

Paula Björnstjerna has 20 years of experience in the IT and tech industry. She leads LinkedIn Talent Solutions business in Northern Europe, which includes the regions of Nordics and Benelux. Paula was one of the first employees in the Nordic region and has experienced a growth and transformational journey where the network has grown sixfold both in Sweden and internationally.
 
Today, LinkedIn has 1 billion members. In her role, Paula spends time with talent leaders, helping them navigate through the ever-changing world of work and the big changes that are impacting how we attract, recruit, and retain talent.
 
 

 

Kye Andersson - "A future with AI requires constant change - and constant change requires AI"

Kye has 25 years of experience from digital transformation, business and organisational development, international advertising, PR, Public Affairs, and product and service development. For the past eight years his focus has been on the promise of AI & Deep Learning, and its ability to solve humanity's big challenges and overcome our human limitations. 

He was one of the first employees at the deep learning platform company Peltarion and was responsible for major impact initiatives at AI Sweden, the Swedish national AI center, and is now the co-founder of AI and change management company Canucci, co-owned by the Wallenberg Foundations. With Canucci, Kye is focusing on using AI to make inclusive change possible in organizations where size previously has made it impossible. 

He is convinced that AI will change our world more than any other technology we have seen before. That AI will save millions, and improve the lives of billions. That AI will fundamentally impact health, food production, energy, business and creativity. Everywhere. Across the planet. AI will allow us to do things we haven’t even thought were possible. He is a frequent public speaker, and works regularly with international AI organisations and communities across Europe, North America, Asia and Africa. He is the co-author of two books on AI, one which is used as medical course literature.
