The conference, themed "AI - Opportunities and Challenges" will introduce you to the Artificial Intelligence landscape, drawing inspiration from esteemed experts in the field.

Artificial Intelligence is a part of the evolution of Management Assistants in the digital era. One of the first digital assistant, Siri, was introduced in 2011 by Apple, and this opened a door of possibilities for digital assistants in the workplace. Many have been asking themselves if digital assistants will outcompete management assistants in the future.

However, the role of Management Assistants has always been evolving, and IMA has been supporting its members to keep up with new requirements and adapt to the changing workplace since its foundation in 1974. With the adoption of computer-based tools and the emergence of digital assistants, the role of Management Support Professionals continues to evolve, and IMA is here to support you every step of the way.

AI presents opportunities for management support professionals by automating routine tasks, enhancing data analysis, and facilitating decision-making. However, it also poses challenges, such as job displacement and the need for professionals to adapt to new technologies. Successful integration of AI requires upskilling to leverage its benefits while addressing potential challenges. This is what this conference will focus on and give both inspirations and insights.
