Thursday 27 March
- Welcome Reception: Hilton, Upper Lobby: 18.30 - 19.30
- Get together Dinner: Hilton, Le Jardin: 19.30 - 22.00
Friday 28 March
- Spring Council meeting: Hilton, Coolsingel: 09.30 – 16.00 (IMA NC Members only)
- Walking Tour of Rotterdam: 10.00 – 12.00. Starts at the Hilton, ends at the Markthal.
- Tour to Royal Delft Museum: Leaving the Hilton 09.45, returning to the Hilton around 15.30.
- Training Day Dinner: Restaurant De Ridderhof, Maassluis. The bus will leave the Hilton promptly at 18.30. The evening starts with a cocktail reception at 19.00, then dinner, followed by DJ & dancing. Bus will leave De Ridderhof at 23.00 hrs.
Saturday 29 March
- Expo Opens on the Upper Lobby, visit the stands of our exhibitors & sponsors: 09.00-17.00
- International Training Day: Hilton, Le Jardin: 09.30 – 17.00.
Sunday 30 March
- Tour to De Keukenhof. Bus will leave the Hilton at 09.00. Departure from De Keukenhof at 14.00. Arrival at the Hilton approx. 15.00.
