Prices, Terms and Conditions

Please see below the prices for attending the Training Day and please familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions stated on this page before you sign up. 

Training Day prices

Early-bird fees apply until 15 January 2025. Please sign up early to secure your seat at the event! 
Registration closes on 17 March 2025. 

IMA members

  • Early Bird Fee: 199 EURO
  • Regular Fee: 249 EURO

Non-members

  • Early Bird Fee: 299 EURO
  • Regular Fee: 349 EURO
 
All other fees and prices can be found on the corresponding event pages and on the registration form.
 
We do not offer livestreaming/hybrid for this event.

Terms and Conditions

All invoices must be paid within 14 days of issue. Please note that for the Early Bird rate all payments must be received by 15 January 2025 at the latest. If you fail to pay your early bird registration fee by 15 January 2025, you will be charged the regular registration fee.
 
Only fully registered and paid delegates will be admitted to the sessions. Registration fees do not include accommodation. Airfare/travel costs are in addition to the training day and event registration fees and is arranged by the participants themselves. Registration is not confirmed until payment has been received.
 
Please note that all invoices must be paid by 24 February 2025. If we don't receive the payment by this date your registration will be cancelled.

Payments can be executed as follows:

1) With credit card payment via Stripe only during your online registration. Any changes to your registration after the initial online registration must be paid by bank transfer.
Payment provider transaction fees are included in the price.
Any further charges of the delegate's credit card will be the responsibility of the delegate.

2) By transfer to the following bank account at Qonto Bank:

Qonto Bank transaction fees are included in the price.
Any further charges of the delegate's bank will be the responsibility of the delegate.
For SWIFT transfers, please ask your bank to stipulate that bank charges are to be paid by the issuer and tick the option OUR.

Please note that as of 25 February 2025 we only accept credit card payment for registrations.


Cancellations and Refunds

Any changes and/or refunds must be notified in writing to the Professional Conference Organiser, Ursula Wartha, Strictly Business - Premium Management Support, pco@ima-network.org. Cancellations/amendments received in writing by 24 February 2025 will receive a full refund less a 25 EUR administration fee per person. Cancellations/amendments received after 24 February 2025 will not be refunded, but replacements are welcome without penalty.


Disclaimer of Liability for Dangers and Risks

We draw your attention to the fact that there are certain dangers, hazards and risks inherent in international travel and the activities to be undertaken during  the event which may result in personal injury, death, loss of property and equipment and damage to property. IMA - International Management Assistants cannot and does not accept responsibility for any such personal injury, death, loss of property and equipment or property damage.
 
We recommend that you cover the above risks with appropriate travel and liability insurance.
