Booking the hotel

You can choose between a King Guest Room or Twin Guest Room for your stay at the Hilton Rotterdam.

The King Guest Room, features a king-sized Hilton Serenity bed and a spacious bathroom with either a bath or walk-in shower. Watch the LCD TV or catch up with work at the desk with complimentary WiFi access. Special touches are tea/coffee making facilities and a minibar. Sleeps up to 2 guests.

The Twin Guest Room, features two Hilton Serenity beds and a spacious bathroom with either a bath or walk-in shower. Watch the LCD TV or catch up with work at the desk with complimentary WiFi access. Special touches are tea/coffee making facilities and a minibar. Sleeps up to 2 guests.

Room rates:
Single occupancy: 175 € / night
Double occupancy: 195 € / night
The room rate includes buffet breakfast and VAT. In addition, you will be required to pay 6.5% city tax per room per night, which will be added to the room rate at the time of booking.
The room rates will be offered - based on availability - 3 calendar days before and 3 calendar days after the event dates (26 - 29 March 2025).

Please note that on 24.02.2025 all remaining unsold rooms will be released. So make sure to book your room prior to this date.
Any reservations after 25.02.2025 will be made based on availability.

Cancellation policy:
Individual reservations can be cancelled free of charge until 14 days prior to the arrival date. If the room is cancelled within the 14 day period to arrival, the agreed room rate will be charged for the entire envisaged stay to the provide credit card.
