Travel Awards
ISVCA/TTS Travel Awards
The ISVCA in conjunction with the TTS is happy to announce the availability of 5 ISVCA and 5 TTS travel awards.
Each travel award is US $ 1000 in value to help defer the cost of registering for and travelling to the 2025 combined ISVCA biennial meeting and Chauvet workshop from June 27-29, 2025 in Helsinki, Finland.
Awards will be available to: Young Investigators, Allied Health Professionals, and congress attendees from Emerging Economy Nations.
To receive an award an individual must:
- Submit at least one abstract as presenting author by the abstract deadline.
- Be a member of ISVCA (ISVCA awards) or TTS (TTS awards). If an applicant is not a member, a membership application must be completed and accepted by May 1st.
- Submit a letter confirming the category of eligibility for the award.
- Young Investigators must be a trainee or within 2 years of completion of training and/or fellowship and include either a signed letter from their supervisor or a copy of their, dated, graduation certificate.
- Allied Health Professionals must include a copy of their professional registration or degree certificate.

Awards will be presented during the ISVCA Congress Business Meeting which awardees must attend in person. Awardees will be selected from the pool of eligible applicants based on the scientific merit of the submitted abstract as determined by the Scientific Program Committee.
