Team Finland organizers are responsible for the Business Delegation program and will provide the following services to participants:
- Arranging the program as described.
- Inclusion of your company in the business delegation brochure, which will be widely distributed during the visit.
- Hotel recommendation for the stay.
- Group ground transportation (excluding airport transfers).
- Services of Business Finland's Industry Expert.
- Business Finland advisory support after the visit.
To cover the expenses of arranging the delegation program in Brazil on March 31-April 3, 2025, Business Finland will charge a maximum participation fee as follows:
- Micro businesses and SMEs: EUR 1870 + VAT (25.5) per person
- Major companies: EUR 2200 + VAT (25.5) per person
The participation fee includes a ticket to the LAAD trade fair.
A 25% discount on the participation fee will be granted for each additional representative from the participating company. Business Finland will invoice the participation fee after the visit, based on the actual costs. The invoiced fee will not exceed the amounts mentioned above. The participation fee does not cover flights, accommodation, or meals outside the delegation program.
If your company has an internationalization plan developed in collaboration with the ELY Center, you may be eligible for financial aid for travel expenses. Please read more in Finnish below:
Kehittämisavustusta ELY-keskuksesta:
Suomessa toimivat yritykset voivat hakea ELY-keskuksesta yrityksen kehittämisavustusta kansainvälistymishankkeisiin. Business Finlandin vienninedistämismatkoihin liittyvät matkakustannukset (esim. lennot ja majoitus) voivat sisältyä avustushakemukseen osana laajempaa ja suunnitelmallista kansainvälistymishanketta. Hakemus on jätettävä ennen osallistumisvahvistusta eli ennen hankkeen aloittamista. Yrityksen kehittämisavustusta voidaan myöntää enintään 50 % avustuksen piiriin hyväksyttävistä kuluista.
