Rata 2025 exhibition area
The exhibition area of the Rata 2025 is Sorsapuistosali, Puistolämpiö 1 and Winter Garden Foyer, at Tampere Hall. Sorsapuistosali also serves as the catering area of the event (coffee service) and area for the evening event on Tuesday, 11 February. Please note that there are no walls between the stand to ensure an open and easily accessible exhibition area.
Stand package (6 m2)
6 m2 stand package includes:

exhibition space (2 x 3 m) rent, stand constructing, dismantling and cleaning

stand constructions: white back wall element (width: 3 m, height: 2,5 m) and dark gray carpet

logo visibility on the back wall

stand furniture:

1 pc lockable info desk, (desk cover 52 x 52 cm)

1 pc bar table (Ø 60 cm)

2 pc bar stool
-
1 pc small trash bin
-
-
electric socket (1.2 kW, 230V) and stand lights (3 pc)

logo visibility on the event website

two (2) seminar tickets entitling entry to the event for stand personnel, including all catering services and the evening gathering. If the amount of representatives arriving to your stand exceeds the included two (2) person entrance to the event, the exceeding amount of persons will need a paid seminar ticket bought through the participant registration form.
Exhibitors have been able to double or triple the stand package.
