Stand package (6 m2)

We offer exhibitors a ready-made stand package (6 m2), which the exhibitor can also double or triple.

Stand package includes:

exhibition space (2 x 3 m) rent, stand constructing, dismantling and cleaning
stand constructions: white back wall element (width: 3 m, height: 2,5 m) and dark gray carpet
logo visibility on the back wall
stand furniture:
- 1 pc lockable info desk, (desk cover 52 x 52 cm)
- 1 pc bar table (Ø 60 cm)
- 2 pc bar stool
- 1 pc small trash bin
electric socket (1.2 kW, 230V) and stand lights (3 pc)
logo visibility on the event website
two (2) seminar tickets entitling entry to the event for stand personnel, including all catering services and the evening gathering.

Exhibitors can gain additional brand visibility at the event through the following additional visibility products and services:

Media coverage package One (1) visibility in the event's electronic newsletter (approx. 200 words) and two (2) visibility on the event's social media channels (logo/image + concise text). The exhibitor is responsible for producing the text and logo/image material.	1 500 €	no limitations

The prices are subject to the applicable value added tax. Starting 1 September 2024 the value added tax is 25,5 %.
