Arnaldo Camuffo (PhD, MBA) is Full Professor of Lean Management at Bocconi University. He previously taught at the Universities of Padova and Venice, Italy and held Visiting professor positions at the Industrial Performance Center at MIT, and the School of Management of the University of Michigan, Dearborn. 

After getting his MBA at MIT and his PhD at the University of Venice, he collaborated with the International Motor Vehicle Program at MIT. Author of several books (the latest being "Lean Transformations for Small and Medium Enterprises, New York, Productivity Press, 2017), essays and articles in international journals, he has consulted extensively with several European Industrial Groups. He is President of Istituto Lean Management, affiliate to the Lean Global Network and has served and serves as Director of Italian listed and non-listed companies. His work has been widely publicized.

Marcin Gaarden is experienced Lean Coordinator with a demonstrated history of working in the furniture industry.

Marcin is skilled in Operations Management, Lean Logistics, Lean Process Improvement, Lean Startup, and Total Quality Management (TQM). Marcin is strong operations professional with a Master's degree focused in economy, foreign trade from Uniwersytet Szczeciński.

In daily life, Wiebe responsible for the Lean program within the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure (major projects and maintenance). Besides this daily job, Wiebe is supporting an organization that is building and operating field emergency hospitals in disaster areas.

Olga Andreeva is the director of Kaizen Japan Russia Institute in Russia. She is a Certified Production Systems Engineer (TPN Japan Association) and 6 Sigma Silver Belt. She has practical experience as an expert consultant for lean manufacturing for 9 years. Japan Center Kaizen is a Provider of Kaizen philosophy and Lean in Russia. Team of experienced experts and practitioners in the field of lean production and the development of programs to improve labor productivity and operation excellence. Center has a long-term cooperation with Toyota Engineering Corporation ( Nagoya). Among its clients are leading Russian companies from agribusiness, machinery and building materials production, transport & logistic, airports, educations and governments.

Eivind Reke is a writer, partner at Flowit, as well as the co-founder organizational secretary of LOS Norge, a knowledge-sharing network of learning organizations in Norway.

Eivind has beem involved as co-author in several books.

Dr. Jörgen Furuhjelm has been at Saab Aeronautics since 2009, with a position including both project management and agile expertise. He has led successful agile transformations both on team level, of software as well as hardware teams, and on project, “scrum-of-scrum” level. Before he started at Saab in 2009, he worked for Toyota transferring Lean Development experiences from the internal Toyota experts to sites world-wide. Dr Furuhjelm holds a PhD in environmental product development from Linköping University.
