Arnaldo Camuffo (PhD, MBA) is Full Professor of Lean Management at Bocconi University. He previously taught at the Universities of Padova and Venice, Italy and held Visiting professor positions at the Industrial Performance Center at MIT, and the School of Management of the University of Michigan, Dearborn. After getting his MBA at MIT and his PhD at the University of Venice, he collaborated with the International Motor Vehicle Program at MIT. Author of several books (the latest being "Lean Transformations for Small and Medium Enterprises, New York, Productivity Press, 2017), essays and articles in international journals, he has consulted extensively with several European Industrial Groups. He is President of Istituto Lean Management, affiliate to the Lean Global Network and has served and serves as Director of Italian listed and non-listed companies. His work has been widely publicized. |

Dr. Jörgen Furuhjelm has been at Saab Aeronautics since 2009, with a position including both project management and agile expertise. He has led successful agile transformations both on team level, of software as well as hardware teams, and on project, “scrum-of-scrum” level.
