Circular Arena Oulu CIAO is a circular expert seminar and a trade fair organized by Circular Cluster Oulu of BusinessOulu. Here, you reserve an exhibition space in the circular fair, and you are counted as a seminar participant. You can also register in the Green Transition Gala: a side event in Tullisali after CIAO at 17.00-18.30.
Trade fair:
We have around 50 exhibition booths indoors in Tullisali. The places are given in the registration order for companies and other organisations that fullfill the requirements of circular business and international cooperation (minimun: intention to go international).
Each company gets one booth that consist of a round bar table, 2 bar stools and space for two rollups. Unreserved booths may be allocated to companies not fullfilling the requirement of internationality.
All booths are free of charge. Indoor booths are of standard size, the size of outdoor booths vary.
We provide shared charging stations. If you need your own power outlet, a screen or other additional equipment, please order it from Tullisali: www.tullisali.fi/yhteystiedot
The seminar takes place in the main hall. The booths are located either in the main hall or in the lobby area.
You can also ask for an outdoor space for large-scale exhibition items (vehicles etc).
The location of the booths will be will be assigned by lot once the presenters have registered.
Schedule:
- 7-8 setting up the booths, unless done the day before (schedule later)
- booths need to be ready from 8.00 until 16.00
- if your booth is located in the main hall, you are required to clear the site by 16.30
- 8-9 coffee and exploring the exhibition for registered seminar participants, speakers, and presenters at the booths
- 9-16 exhibition and seminar opens for non-registered guests
- 16.00 CIAO ends
- 16-16.30 clearing of the booths in the main hall; in the lobby, you have until 19.00
- 16-17 the main hall bar open for mingling & refreshments
- 17-18.30 Green Transition Gala in the main hall

The booths and the seminar are for free.
CIAO2025 is organized by Automotive & Circular Economy Clusters -project, co-funded by EU Just Transition Fund and Council of Oulu Region.
