We kindly ask you to ensure that you meet the eligibility criteria for the registration category you choose (ISCVA Member, Non-Member, Resident / Non-physician, LMIC).

Once registered, refunds for incorrect category selection will not be issued. If you select a category you're not eligible for, an additional fee will be applied to adjust your payment accordingly.

To register at the reduced membership rate, you must be a current member of ISVCA. If you are not yet a member, you can join to take advantage of the discounted fee. Participants from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs), as classified by World Bank, qualify for a reduced registration fee.

Please note that the registration fees below are valid until 1 April, 2025. After that the registration fees will increase by 100 € in all categories.
