Fill out this form to inform Tamko about your student association's or club's new actors. We hope that you will announce all at actors at once.

The information is updated on Tamko's website, actors will be added to Teams and access rights are added to Solu for those involved.

Be prepared to fill in these information about your organization's actors:
- areas of responsible in organization 
- TUNI-email addresses
- phone numbers

Student associations and clubs will also need to provide:
- student numbers
- Validity of Tamko membership

If you want to update the contact information of your actors during the term of office or add actors, you can only select the number of people to update in the number of participants field, and not the full number of the Board.

If any of your organisation's actors have left, please send an e-mail to office@tamko.fi and we will delete the person's data.
