The mentor-mentee pairs will be combined based on the mentee's and mentor's expectations, goals and mentor's competence and experience background using artificial intelligence. Therefore, please do not include any identifying information (such as personal data or names of organisations) in your answers to the numbered questions in the application form, as the answers to the numbered questions in the application form will be read and the pairs matched with the help of artificial intelligence. 

To match of mentor-mentee pairs a GPT model (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) is used, which has been created and developed for the needs of the national mentoring programme. The information provided by mentors and mentees on the numbered questions in the application form can be processed and analysed with the help of this model in order to find the best possible mentor-mentee matches for the programme. The application period ends on 31.1.2025, the mentoring programme will start in March 2025 with an online onboarding session for mentors and in April 2025 with a shared meeting for the whole mentoring program. Please note that no compensation is paid for mentoring.
