Please answer the following questions as precisely as possible, so that we can offer you tasks that suit your interests and know-how. All fields that are marked with an asterisk need to be filled in. It takes about 5-10 minutes to fill in all information. 
 
The event insurance covers only the registrated volunteers and because of this insurance all volunteers must be over 15 years old during the time of event. If you are underage (under 18), you need a permission from your caretaker. This information will be requested later on this form.

The event costume
 
All Jukola volunteers receive a free T-shirt and a cap or buff scarf. You can choose the size from the menu below.
Ordering a voluntaries Jukola outfit at my own cost. We inform about this later.
