The event is geared towards professionals, students and volunteers in the youth and education sector. The event is attended by as many as 2,000 people from different municipalities, regions, parishes and educational establishments across Finland. YOUTH2022 is a major event which gives operators in the field an opportunity to network and develop their expertise.

The event is organised by the Finnish National Youth Council Allianssi with local partners City of Jyväskylä and Jyväskylä youth services.
