For groups, we recommend that you visit the exhibitions under the guidance of a guide. We try to arrange all prebooked guided tours at just the right moment for you. We are happy to tailor your visit to your group.

Ideal size for a guided group is under 20 persons, for bigger groups we recommend booking two guides. 

There are many things to see in the museum, so after a guided tour, take your time and visit the museum some more.

Guided tours must be booked preferrably two weeks in advance.
Guided tours can be cancelled free of charge 5 days before the booked time.
The guide is available 15 minutes before the booked time and waits for the group up to 30 minutes from the start of the reserved time.
If the group wants the guide to wait longer, the waiting time for each starting hour is € 20. The guide remains only if he has no other commitments.
If a guide has not been cancelled in time (5 days prior), the full amount will be charged.
