Join us measuring food waste in the food
service sector
Natural Resources Institute Finland (Luke) is looking for participants from the food service sector to join measuring food waste quantity and quality. During a two-week period, participants will get access to an online food waste tool, Lukeloki application. After the measuring period you will gain valuable research insight into your organisation’s food waste and its origin. Lukeloki also allows organisation food waste bookkeeping, in accordance with the new Finnish and EU waste legislation.
The measuring period will take place according to your preferences. It is free of charge, and the measuring results will be sent to your organisation afterwards. Luke uses the recorded data to estimate overall food waste quantity and quality within the food service sector, and also to seek new opportunities in reducing food waste. You may also get a permanent access to Lukeloki application for a monthly fee.
