Åbo Akademi University: Doctoral Conferral Ceremony

Åbo Akademi University's doctoral conferral ceremony will be held on Friday, 23 May 2025 at the Turku Concert Hall. The conferral ceremony is open to all doctoral graduates at the Åbo Akademi University who have not participated in an earlier conferment. Your doctoral degree must be completed by 31 March 2025 for you to be able to take part in the conferral ceremony. Also, note that you need to defend your dissertation by 28 February 2025 at the latest.

Registration only for promovendi, please note that this registration is binding.
The registration deadline is 31 January 2025.

The registration fees are invoiced by Certia Oy, Aboa Events (VAT FI23274223) on behalf of the local organiser Åbo Akademi University (VAT FI02463121). Registration fees include VAT 25.5 %.
