The Benefits of AI in B2B Sales training series helps sales professionals understand the potential of artificial intelligence in enhancing sales efficiency and creating better customer experiences. The training covers the basics of AI, practical examples, and concrete ways to integrate AI into B2B sales processes.
PLEASE NOTE: this training is targeted to professionals who already have some understanding and experience in using AI.
This training concentrates on using AI as a tool for sales work, specifically in B2B sales.

Structure and Content of the Training:
- Introduction to AI in B2B Sales (1h)
An introduction to using AI in B2B sales:- Benefits of AI in sales processes and customer data analysis
- Concrete use cases and case studies
- Mapping the needs of participating companies to set the groundwork for group-specific applications
- Next-Level AI in B2B Sales – Small Group Implementation (the schedule is announced and registration opens in January 2025)
(45-minute joint introduction + 2h small group sessions)- A joint introductory lecture on the theme
- In-depth exploration of AI application in participants' own organizations based on predefined themes and practical examples
- Coaching and support for developing an AI strategy to enhance sales efforts
