Hello, creative industry professional or aspiring one,

Great to see you applying for the CreaDive creative entrepreneurship and career path coaching! The coaching is aimed at early-stage creative entrepreneurs or adults from Southwest Finland looking to enter the field.

The coaching lasts for 4 months and takes place every Thursday for three hours. Additionally, there is a 1-hour informal networking session with your small group each week. We will divide the participants into small groups and will do our best to accommodate preferences regarding them.

The spring 2025 coaching groups will meet either from 1 PM to 4 PM or from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM (Feb 6 – May 22, 2025). Note: The shared visits and guest speaker sessions for both groups will take place between the scheduled times for the day and evening groups. On these occasions, the day group will finish slightly later, and the evening group will need to arrive a bit earlier. 

The coaching will be held in both Finnish and English. The coaching will be held as in-person sessions in the Turku city center area. The exact location will be confirmed closer to the date.

During the coaching, each participant will receive a personalized path aimed at either finding a job or starting their own business. The coaching corresponds to approximately 5 ECTS credits in terms of content and workload. Please be ready to commit to the coaching (attend the coaching sessions, complete the homework, and meet with your small group weekly)! The coaching is free of charge.

After completing the coaching phase, participants can continue with a four-month incubation coaching program, where they will further develop and bring their business idea to market, either individually or as part of a team.
