Enrollment in the Finnish Defence Forces International Centre's (FINCENT) personnel pool

Greetings and welcome to enroll in FINCENT's personnel pool!

The Finnish Defence Forces International Centre annually trains several hundred experts in military and comprehensive crisis management in various courses and training events. We are constantly developing training solutions for our own and our partners' use. In addition, we support the operations of other training centers by sending personnel to the courses organized by them, for example as trainers.

To support the implementation of the courses, we constantly need experts and experts from different fields. In some of our positions, we do not require experience in crisis management tasks, so you can apply for our positions even if you have not served in any operation.

If you are interested in instructor, mentor or subject matter expert positions or roles as a role player or interpreter in FINCENT's courses or training events, please fill out the attached form, tell us about your skills and what kind of positions you would be interested in.

FINCENT's Course Sector staff regularly reviews the information of those enrolled in the pool. If FINCENT has something to offer you for our events, we will contact you personally if necessary. So please remember to enter your valid contact information on the form!

Signing up for the roster does not bind you to anything. Please note that the possible tasks are based on an assignment, and do not create an employment or official posting with the Finnish Defense Forces.

Please remember to update your information if it changes. You don't have to fill out the form again, but you can modify or supplement it as needed. When you fill out the form for the first time, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your personal form. Please note, however, that you cannot change your email yourself, but you must request an update from the administrator of the form. If you have lost the link to your personal form, you can get a new link by requesting it from the administrator of the form at the email address shown above.
