Through this form you will register for the Tampere University’s conferment ceremony and make the participation payment for yourself and for your accompanying person. Registration is open until 14 March 2025.

The three-day programme on 6-8 June 2025 costs 390€ per person. When registering, you will need to pay at least the deposit of €100 per person. This deposti guarantees a place in the Doctoral Conferment Ceremony. The remaining sum of 290€ per person must be paid no later than 14 March 2025. A separate payment link of the sum total will be sent later to those who have paid the deposit. Prices are same for the accompaying persons. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose online banking as their payment method.

CANCELLATION POLICY: the deposit 100€ is non-refundable even if the registration is later cancelled. The remaining sum of €290 per person will be refunded if registration is cancelled by 14 March 2025. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to promootio2025@tuni.fi.
