Through this form you will register for the Tampere University’s conferment ceremony and make the participation payment for yourself and for your accompanying person. Registration is open until 14 March 2025.
The participation fee for the three-day programme on 6-8 June 2025 is 390€ per person.
If you register before or on 25 February 2025, you must pay at least a deposit of 100 € per person at the time of registration. The remaining sum of 290 € per person must be paid by 14 March 2025. A separate payment link will be sent for the payment of the remaining sum to those who have paid the deposit.
If you register between 26 February –14 March 2025, you must pay the entire participation fee of 390€ per person at the time of registration.
The fee is same for the accompanying persons. The payment is made with a credit card (no additional charges). A payment receipt will be sent to you by e-mail. Participants living in Finland and having Finnish banking options can also choose online banking as their payment method.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The deposit (100€ per person) is non-refundable even if the registration is later cancelled. Those who have paid the full participation fee (390€ per person) and cancel their participation no later than 14 March 2025 will be refunded 290€ per person. Paid participation fees will not be refunded if registration is cancelled later than 14 March. Cancellations and requests for registration transfers and refunds must always be made by email to promootio2025@tuni.fi.
